hygiene in dentistry

Hygiene
Sterilization and disinfection is the most important thing to observe in medical and dental practice. In sterilization, steam pressure (autoclave) is the most rapid and effective method for sterilizing cloth surgicalpacks and towel packs, handle trays and paper bag instruments. The chemical vapor pressure sterilization is ideally used for carbon steel and other corrosion-sensitive burs, instruments and pliers.

If every health professional will observe a very strict practice towards this cross contamination will be eliminated. It is dangerous or both the patient and the professional if this things are being neglected. in our dental clinic, keep very high hygienical standards. We are sterilizing our instruments with an autoklave and a chemical sterlization
